We can paint a brighter future for people experiencing homelessness

Help someone find their spark again.

Recovering from homelessness can take time. It's not just about about a roof over your head, it's also about processing difficult events and emotions.

Homelessness can be lonely and traumatic. So, a safe place to sleep often isn't enough for recovery. People who have experienced homelessness need space to process what they have been, and are, going through.

And for some people, creativity can be a vital tool.

Engaging with a creative discipline can offer solace, but in a way that an individual needs. It can be a method of escapism as well as a way of processing emotions.

That's why creative classes like painting, music and drama are embedded into many of our services. Helping individuals to thrive, not just survive.

The tools for recovering from homelessness could be something as simple as a paintbrush.

£60 could go towards professional, one to one counselling, helping someone find their feet after living on the streets.

£40 could help us provide specialist creative programmes to help someone staying at St Mungo's recover from homelessness.

£20 could help us provide essentials like warm meals and clothes to people arriving at our hostels.

Please donate today and help add the spark back into someone's life.
